be guaranteed by credit cards.
The credit cards honoured are Visa, Mastercard and American
Express.
For reservations until 3 nights; Cancellations
must be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid a penalty.
Cancellations within 7 days before arrival, the hotel will charge
1 night per booked room.
Cancellations made on same day or No Show, the total stay will
be charged.
For reservations on 4 or more nights; Cancellations
must
be made at least 7 days before arrival to avoid a penalty.
Cancellations made between 7 and 3 days before arrival;
the hotel Hill charge 1 night per booked room.
Cancellations within 3 days before; 50% of total stay will
be charged.
Cancellations made on same day or No Show or shortened of stay (pax check in), the total stay will be charged per booked room.
High Season (Christmas, Easter)
Christmas period: 22/12 to 6/1.
Easter period: 2 days before start till 2 days after end of
celebration.
3 nights minimum stay.
Total stay will be charged within 1 month before arrival.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before, the hotel will refund 50% of the charge.
Cancellation within 15 days, no show or shortened of stay (pax check in), total stay will be charged.
November reservations:
Total stay will be charged at least 1 month before arrival.
If reservation is done within 1 month before, the hotel will
charge the total stay 48hs after making the reservation.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 days before, the hotel will refund 50% of the charge.
Cancellation within 15 days, no show or shortened of stay (pax check in), the hotel will keep the total stay charge.
Amounts will be charged to the Credit cards.
